As the number of known sexual predators in the US approaches a million, North Carolina — stating clearly their motive for doing so — passed a bill to protect little girls and women from these dangerous people who destroy children’s innocence, ruining their lives and, many times, murdering them. The result, corporations, like PayPal, bully the government and the people of North Carolina, using corporate blackmail.
The stated reason for the bullying, North Carolina is supposedly violating the corporation’s core values and principles, including working with the LGBT community. But the truth is, these corporations don’t have the guts to stand up for the values and principles they say are at the core of their mission and culture. They are hypocrites of the worst sort.
Corporations of America, we won’t believe you until you stand up for your purported values where there is a real price to pay — e.g. in all of the countries you do business with that torture, kill, and imprison people in the LGBT community — you know, the Islamic states and other countries operating under Shariah law. Go preach your values to the governments of these states, tell them you are cutting off all business with them until they comply with your values and principles, and follow through with it. Then we might believe that you believe in your values and aren’t just being a big corporate bully and a gross hypocrite in North Carolina, where it’s easy to be a PC bully, because the Obama Administration has your six.
Psychologists give several reasons why kids become bullies:
⦁ They see bullying modeled by authorities (sounds a bit like political correctness).
⦁ A feeling of inadequacy — they attempt to wield power in one area because they feel powerless in other areas.
⦁ They have been given too much power at too young an age, so they feel all-powerful, unrestrained, and these immature kids become abusers.
Corporate America, do you see yourself as one of these types of bullies? How about you, PayPal, Disney, Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels, Delta Airlines and UPS? Has political correctness been modeled for you until you’ve adopted it? Maybe that’s what happened to your corporate officers. Are you feeling a little inadequate and are looking to pound a vulnerable person or entity into submission? Or, perhaps you’re simply immature, wielding power that you aren’t mature enough to handle?
Regardless, as Americans, we must never use our real or perceived power to endanger the weakest among us, our children. The solution … use common sense and ditch political correctness, because it’s blind, deaf, and very, very dumb.
